Kelly Ripa and Electrolux Join Forces To Earn Money For Ovarian Cancer Research

Kelly Ripa has been named new spokesperson for Electrolux kitchen appliances in conjunction with the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.



The mom of 3 has teamed up with the appliance giant to raise money and awareness about Ovarian Cancer.
Electrolux is also hosting a ‘Win Kelly’s Bags’ Contest they will be hosting at kellysbags.com


Electrolux will join Kelly in supporting the OCRF through a series of online promotions and through a portion of sales on select retail appliances. We plan to raise more than $500,000 over the next two years. Electrolux will make a $1 donation (with a minimum of $40,000 and a maximum of $45,000) to the OCRF (www.ocrf.org) for every eligible person who registers to play.

Note to hubby: I would cook far more if I had that cook top and matching oven!

Minnie Driver At Movie Premiere

Minnie Driver, 38, showed off her growing baby bump at a film premiere in Los Angeles last night.

The mom to be has a busy couple of months coming up - she has released an album, Seastories in the UK and is touring Europe, Hawaii and LA.

But after that, she will be getting in plenty of pre-baby rest and relaxation.

“I’m just going to have the summer to be fat and happy,” she said.

Suri Is Daddy’s Little Girl

In the last couple of years there have been many unflattering articles about Tom Cruise.


The one thing the media seems to always overlook is the fact that Tom is a great daddy.

“She (Suri) is Daddy’s little girl, and he doesn’t know what he’d do without her,” a friend of the Cruises tells OK!.

Last weekend, Tom and Suri enjoyed some father/daughter time at an L.A. playground, where eyewitnesses say Tom clearly radiated affection as he watched Suri playing with the other children.

“I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw them,” a parkgoer said “Suri was dressed up in this beautiful outfit and was down in the sand playing just like any other kid. Tom was letting her do her own thing, following her around just like any dad would.”

Awww!! See - celebs are regular people too.
