Loving Casa Kids Ola! Crib

I am in love with the Ola! Crib by Casa Kids for many reasons.

The rounded corners give it a soft modern look that would go in any nursery and the rich wood compliments the light color of the headboards nicely.

Ola crib

Design Public believes that the Ola! Crib is the only crib sold today that converts to both a Toddler bed and a Twin bed. As your child outgrows the Ola! Crib, the vertical side rails can be easily replaced with hardwood conversion rails, creating the new, playful Ola! Toddler Bed. And those side rails you removed? Off they go to the garage or landfill? Nope, they become the headboard and footboard of a new Ola! Twin Bed, to be used throughout adolescence or as a great guest bed.

The Ola! Crib has fixed side rails and three mattress height options. Best of all, the Ola! Crib fits all standard US mattresses with no gaps at the corners.

Like many well designed modern kids products, this crib is a splurge at @$980. When your baby has outgrown the crib, you will have to invest another $180 for the Toddler Bed Conversion Rails.

Dezi Enjoys The Splash Pad

Jaime Pressly was seen enjoying a beautiful day with son Dezi, 1, in Los Angeles yesterday.

The cute toddler seemed to be having fun in the splash pad at University City Walk shopping complex until his mom decided he needed to be dried off…

Breast Feeding Moms Protest At H&M With A Nurse-in

I just love the camaraderie amongst breast feeding moms. If one gets slighted, everyone shows up to make sure it doesn’t happen to them.

A menagerie of nursing mothers, their babies, older children, some fathers, baby strollers and the media crammed clothing store H&M yesterday in a breastfeeding protest.

The women were angry over a store clerk’s request to Manuela Valle last week to move to a change room while she nursed her two-month-old baby.

Veronica Polanska, one of the organizers of the so-called “nurse-in,” said the protest wasn’t about Valle or H&M specifically.

She said the women wanted to draw attention to the outrage they feel when any business suggests nursing in public is shameful.

“It’s about every business, whether it’s an airline or whether it’s a restaurant, whether it’s a pool . . . it doesn’t matter where it happens, it’s not acceptable.”
