The baby girls arrived Tuesday, Oct. 7 vis C-section at 2:46 p.m. weighing in at 5 lbs., 15 oz. and 5 lbs., 2 oz.

“The babies and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home,” rep Cindy Guagenti tells PEOPLE.

The singer, 40, had said on her MySpace page before the babies were born that she and husband Michael Lockwood, 47, were “beyond thrilled and blessed, elated and saturated in happiness.”

Personally, the Medela pump, the Bjorn Carrier and the Baby Einstein DVDs series would be part of my top 10. These three products collectively saved my sanity with Baby #1.

I am completely in LOVE with Fisher-Price’s infant products. The swing and bouncer pictured up top are also two of my favorite baby products. No one makes a swing like Fisher-Price. The Little Lamb Cradle Swing is fit for Royalty.
