The couple first attended the Los Veranos de la Villa Music Festival in Madrid where Javier joined Asier Etxeandia on stage.
Penelope watched from the crowd taking photos with her iphone.
After the show the couple joined her family for a late dinner at restaurant close by.
The actress was beautiful in a white ruched one shoulder tank, jeans and a pair of espadrille wedges.
