Sarah and husband Scott have spent the last 10-years trying to start a family. But due to a medical condition affecting Sarah, every time she fell pregnant she tragically miscarried.
When Sarah went into premature labour with Little Joseph Bradbury they feared more heartbreak, and when the baby was born four months early, weighing just 1lb 6ozs, doctors gave the him just a 10 per cent chance of survival.
He spent eight weeks hooked up to a life support machine, had eight blood transfusions and at just six-weeks-old underwent surgery to fix a valve in his heart.
