French First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and husband Nicolas Sarkozy were spotted enjoying a day at the beach during their vacation at Fort de Brégançon, a presidential retreat off the Mediterranean coast.
The former model looked fabulous while showing off her baby bump in a bikini. The couple spent the afternoon swimming, sunbathing and visiting with friends.
The new baby, who is rumored to be due in October, will be the second child for Carla and the fourth child for President Sarkozy.
