A pregnant Sienna Miller was photographed on the set of ‘A Case Of You’ in New York City filming scenes with actor Justin Long.

The actress looked nice in a beige lace dress and cashmere overcoat.

Sienna, who expects her first child in June, has been added to the line-up of the romantic comedy. She joins a long list of actors including Brendan Fraser, Evan Rachel Wood, Vince Vaughn and Peter Dinklage.
