RECALL – 2,988 Pearhead Infant Learning Toy Sets Due to Choking Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Pearhead, of Brooklyn, New York, have announced a recall of approximately 2,988 Pearhead Infant Learning Toy Sets. The recall is due to a choking hazard posed by the wooden egg-shaped rattle included in the set. Its size and shape can cause it to become lodged in a child’s throat, violating federal safety regulations for infant rattles.
