Daddy date! Ben Affleck was spotted arriving at church with his three kids Sam, Seraphina and Violet on Sunday, March 19, 2017.
All smiles, the doting dad kept his crew close as they entered through the back door.
After service was over the actor headed to the car with just Sam and Violet.
Before he left, Ben asked the paparazzi for directions on how to get to San Vicente.
Not joining the family for Sunday service was Ben’s wife Jennifer Garner. On Saturday she was photographed at the soccer field with Seraphina and Violet.
The outing comes just a few days after it was revealed Ben sought treatment for alcohol addiction earlier this year. On March 14 Ben shared the news of Facebook saying,
“I have completed treatment for alcohol addiction; something I’ve dealt with in the past and will continue to confront. I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step. I’m lucky to have the love of my family and friends, including my co-parent, Jen, who has supported me and cared for our kids as I’ve done the work I set out to do. This was the first of many steps being taken towards a positive recovery.”
“He has been struggling and he decided that he needed to get back to being healthy again. It was Ben’s choice to receive treatment,” a source told People.
The couple has also called off their divorce so maybe this is what they needed to move forward.
