Bethenny Frankel and her daughter Bryn Hoppy were spotted enjoying a relaxing day poolside in Miami on Saturday.
The trip away is likely a nice distraction from her ongoing divorce proceedings. On Friday Bethenny and her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy were in court to work out the details of their separation.
People.com reported that the pair arrived separately and each met with the judge privately.
Not long after that, they emerged separately with their attorneys. Frankel appeared as if she had been crying under her aviator sunglasses.
The estranged couple then headed, alone, to a conference room, where they talked one-on-one for around 40 minutes.
Both are asking for primary custody of Bryn, as well as child support and medical and dental expenses. They are also both seeking ‘exclusive use and occupancy’ of their marital residence.
It will be interesting to see how the judge rules.
