Della Rose arrived weighing 7 pounds, 6½ ounces at 2:40AM on Wednesday morning.
The new baby joins Billy’s 29-year-old daughter Alexa Ray, from his previous marriage to supermodel Christie Brinkley.
The new parents were married in a ceremony during Billy’s July 4th party at his estate in Long Island.
The couple “surprised guests by exchanging vows in front of their family and close friends,” the singer’s spokeswoman told People.com at the time.
