The wait is over! Family gear company Britax announced today they will be introducing a double version of their popular B-Agile stroller. The company’s first stroller to offer side-by-side seats, the B-Agile Double Stroller offers the same quick-fold design and great maneuverability that made the single B-Agile a top seller, but with capacity for two children.
Perfect for growing families, the new B-Agile Double Stroller can accommodate children from birth up to 50 pounds. Padded, supportive seats feature a 5-point harness system with a no-rethread adjustable harness and head pad. The stroller includes the CLICK & GO adapter system to accommodate one BRITAX infant car seat. This convenient feature makes it a complete travel system for families on the go.
Parents of different heights will like that the B-Agile Double offers a height-adjustable handle. Just like the single it has a linked parking brake, which locks both wheels; and an automatic chassis lock when folded. Roomy under-seat storage basket that can be accessed from the back or through the zipper on the front leg rest is perfect for a day out at the park or zoo and the generous seat-back pockets offer additional storage space for items you would like to keep tucked away like keys or your phone. The two extra-large canopies come with mesh ventilation windows that allow parents to check on seated children.
The B-Agile Double Stroller will retail for $449.99 U.S ($469.99 CDN) and will be offered in two fashions, black and red. Look for it to start appearing in independent and mass retailers starting in late May.
Britax accessories for the B-Agile Double, which will be sold separately, will include the child tray ($24.99) and Rain Cover ($59.99).
