Today Carnival Cruise Line unveiled details about two of the five incredible portals at its brand-new Celebration Key™ cruise destination on Grand Bahama, arriving in July 2025!
Just a hop, skip and jump from the ship, Paradise Plaza awaits, welcoming families with its vibrant promenade and a dazzling sun-shaped arch. As you step into this paradise, the melodies of live music will serenade you, while the majestic 10-story-high Suncastle beckons, promising endless delights. Whether it’s lounging in cabanas, diving into water sports, or exploring shore excursions, there’s something for everyone! And don’t forget to treat your taste buds at the Bahamian-themed fountain and ice cream shop!
While the little ones explore Paradise Plaza, adults can head over to the enticing Calypso Lagoon. Positioned west of Paradise Plaza, this space is perfect for vacationers seeking a lively and social ambiance. From sports courts to lounging by the largest freshwater lagoon in the Caribbean*, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy. Picture yourself swinging on one of the nearly 50 swings at the unique bar, sipping on refreshing cocktails with panoramic views across the lagoon. Plus, with multiple bars, full-service restaurants, and casual snack shacks, you’ll stay refreshed and satisfied throughout the day.
A portion of Calypso Lagoon and the adjacent beach will be designated as adults-only, featuring a swim-up bar, Bahamian food trucks, and plenty of cozy spots to relax and unwind.
