Celebrity parents and their babies were out in LA today for the Silver Spoon Dog and Baby Buffet. An expectant Tori Spelling showed off her growing belly while decorating a pink duck for charity.
Many of the celebrities decorated the ducks to benefit the Munchkin’s Project Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign to benefit the Susan G. Komen Fdn.
A very pregnant Cynthia Daniel posed with her creation, which matched her outfit.
Also at the event was Sofia Dickens, who wore were little one in a wrap.
