Congratulations to Chrissy Teigen and John Legend on the safe arrival of their baby girl!
Chrissy announced the exciting news on Instagram on Sunday.
“She’s here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy”
Luna arrived on Thursday weighing 6lbs 11ozs.
The new mom also tweeted that ‘John is healing perfectly’.
The newborn is the first child for the couple, who were married in September 2013.
During an interview with SELF Magazine in March Chrissy admitted becoming a mom is definitely uncharted territory.
“I’ve truly never been alone with a kid,” she said. “I don’t think I’ve changed a diaper! I’m like, how many times a day do they go?”
The good news is that John has some skills!
“He’s been wonderful. He has a big family with nieces and nephews, and he actually knows more than I do about kids. It’s going to be very sexy to see this new side of him.”
