Coleen must love Barbados. This is her second visit to island in 6 weeks. She spent the Christmas holidays on the island with her family.
Due with her second child, Coleen looked awesome in a striped two-piece bikini. Kai looked at home by the water in a patchwork bathing suit.
He carried his trusty stuffed monkey with him as he enjoyed the sun and surf.
Coleen and her husband Wayne expect another boy in May. The Manchester United footballer, stayed back in England for this trip because of sports commitments.
