I am so excited to be able to share Beth Ritzman’s Etsy shop with you.  Beth is a mama of four with another on the way – making her my hero!   As a mama who has worn her baby for the past year, I have nothing on the 10 years of experience Beth has had not only wearing but sewing her own carriers! 

BabyEtte, unlike other baby slings or wraps has its very own unique design, shape and size. They offer baby slings and wraps (for mom and dad) as well as some other accessories like baby wearing ponchos which help you keep your baby warm within the carrier.

BabyEtte baby slings are designed to be quite wide. Beth says the reasoning behind having a wider sling is, to have a safe and pretty sling where your baby can rest without worrying about covering any part of it. Besides, a wide sling allows more carrying positions.

I had the opportunity to try out one of the BabyEtte wraps and I love that it’s a thinner wrap, making it breathable and a great all season wrap.  We’ve always take a carrier of some sort when we go on vacations and I can’t wait to take this wrap with us on our next trip to a hot sunny climate knowing I won’t overheat! Though the wrap is thin, the complex weave seems to create an excellent support structure. This wrap has no problem hugging around every curve of me and my son. 

I love the variety of Beth’s fabrics; you won’t find licensed characters or juvenile prints, just beautiful styles and colors that you would wear every day.  I love that the BabyEtte wrap covers so well, especially hiding “those parts” I’d rather not show off to the world.
