It was announced last month that rapper Foxy Brown was pregnant and engaged. She was also awaiting sentencing after she was found guilty of violating her probation.

In August, Brown (real name: Inga Marchand), 27, was remanded to state custody and ordered to jail for violating her probation after two brushes with the law. And now Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson has sentenced the rapper to a full year in jail, ignoring her pleas for mercy.
I cannot imagine spending my whole pregnancy behind bars. The Manhattan judge must have wanted to set an example, with the current state of celebrity jail terms. Hopefully they will reduce her sentence before the baby is born.
