Gisele Bundchen and kids Ben and Vivian were photographed on the field at Gillette Stadium making a special visit to husband Tom Brady on his 41st birthday.
The family joined Tom as she practiced with his team.
The kids then tried on some of his gear.
Gisele posted a photo of the pair along with some sweet birthday wishes on Instagram.
Fans at the stadium were treated to a piece of cake to celebrate.
The 12-foot by 12-foot vanilla and red velvet cake took 6 bakers 3 days to prepare. It weighed 1,200 lbs and was made with 250lbs of sugar!
