With all of the issues being discovered with some plastic bottles, it is not surprising that glass bottles are making a comeback…HUGE!!
Last year I wrote an article about all of the bottles on the market that were BPA free. At that time Evenflo’s had increased production of their glass bottles by 1000%, hoping that they could keep up with the demand.
I have found quite a few companies that stock glass bottles.
Listed below are some of those bottles and where to get them.
*Note – If you see a bottle you like and it is in stock – order it! Many of these stores are having a tough time keeping these bottles in stock*
Thermobaby, a company from France, now offers parents a glass alternative that has a cute pattern on it and a silicon nipple.
They only come in one size – 9oz. Each bottle is $9.99 at cheekymonkey.ca
Momo Baby Glass Bottle – these brightly printed bottles are offered in 4oz, 6oz, 8oz and 9oz sizes.
They come in packs of three and are reasonably priced at $13.99/(4 and 6oz), $14.99(8 and 9oz)
Dr. Brown’s now features the same patented internal vent system that helps reduce feeding problems like colic, spit-up, burping, and gas in their glass bottles. Each bottle includes a patented internal vent system and Level-One silicone nipple, plus a cleaning brush and instructions.
Their glass bottles are easy to clean and top-rack dishwasher safe. They connect directly to most breast pumps. Included are 2 high-grade Level-One silicone nipples, patented two-piece internal vents, travel disks, caps, cleaning brush, and instructions.
Offered in 2 sizes – 3.5oz($14.50/2), 7oz($12.99/2)
Evenflo Classic Glass Nurser – These classic bottles have nipples that are made of soft, flexible latex and have micro-vents that allow even flow of liquid, prevent nipple collapse. Each pack includes 3 bottles and 3 slow-flow nipples.
Reasonably prices at $4.99 for 3 8oz bottles.

WeeGo Glass Bottle – Babylife is reintroducing glass baby bottles, but with a new design and safety twist: the bottle is covered with a modern sleeve that will help protect the bottle from breakage and also prevent bumping into other articles in your diaper bag. This sleeve is free of plastics and is 100% non-toxic.
The bottle and the sleeve can be boiled or put in the dishwasher together. The silicone nipple should be hand-washed and is also latex-free and non-toxic. The plastic ring, plug and cap contain no polycarbonates and are food-grade, FDA-approved and recyclable. The sleeve provides a good gripping surface during feeding and also a great tactile experience for your baby.
Each bottle is $18
Nuturepure – All NurturePure bottles are non-toxic and free from chemicals such as Bisphenol A, pthalates and dangerous plastics such as Polycarbonate and PVC.
All bottles come with food-grade silicone nipples that are latex-free, allergen-free and free of nitrosamines. Bottles are packaged using shrink wrap.
