RECALL: 34,000 Lorex Video Baby Monitors Due to Burn Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), in cooperation with FLIR Commercial Systems Inc., of Goleta, Calif., has announced a voluntary recall of about 34,000 Video baby monitors because the video monitor’s batteries can overheat, swell and expand and cause the battery cover to open or come off. This can expose hot batteries, posing a burn hazard to consumers.
