Likely also meant to sent a message to her on/off partner footballer Mario Balotelli, the mom-to-be was a glow as she cradled her belly.
Proud of her new shape, Raffaella made headlines in September when she walked the runway in a two piece bathing suit and 6 inch heels for Pin Up Stars during Milan Fashion Week.
Good for her. If looked that good when I was pregnant I would do it too!
