When your baby first comes home from the hospital often parents keep them close in a bassinet. Both of my boys stayed in the bassinet until they were three months old and then just did naps in their crib for the next few weeks. For this reason we had ‘sleeping stations’ in the form of play yards and bassinets set up in various rooms to make nap time more convenient. To help reduce with the amount of gear you have to buy for your baby, Oeuf NYC has created the Fawn crib, which will grow with your child.
The Fawn crib and bassinet system starts as a bassinet on wheels and can be converted into a full sized crib.
Sustainably produced in Europe in an FSC certified facility, the Fawn system is made of Baltic birch plywood and eco-MDF, with finishes that are non toxic, water-based and free of VOC health hazards. It comes in a natural birch wood and parents can chose from grey or white for the side panels.
Perfect from birth+ the bassinet converts to a crib (conversion kit included), and then to a toddler bed with conversion kit (sold separately) when your child gets older. The crib has 3 adjustable mattress and is created with a low overall height for easy access.
