Two-time beach volleyball champ Kerri Walsh is pregnant with her first child, she confirmed on The Billy Bush Show.
“I’m chubby and I’m pregnant and it’s awesome!” the 30-year-old, who is 16 weeks along, said Wednesday morning. “We believe we conceived our last days in Beijing – so I think a day or two after we won gold medal.”
Walsh married fellow beach volleyball player Casey Jennings in 2005, and the couple are waiting to find out the gender of their baby.
“We have a feeling it’s a boy, but we’re going to find out the traditional way,” Kerri said.
