Rod Stewart’s wife Penny Lancaster was seen riding the carousel with their son Alastair during their vacation in Cannes, France yesterday.

While dressed in a beige polo-style shirt and plaid shorts, Alastair looked to be having a blast on the beautiful 2-story Carousel.
