I am in love with Petunia Pickle Bottom’s new upscale line of Diaper bags called Cake.
I had the opportunity to see the bag up close at ABC and was impressed by the durable fabric, versatility and functionality.
This bag can be carried 4 ways:
- Hobo/Clutch – Made out of coordinating tweed fabric studded with Cake signature rivets
- Shoulder Strap– Adjustable strap constructed of tweed with antique brass hardware.
- Backpack—Shoulder strap converts to the backpack by threading through internal bag loops.
- Valet Stroller Clips—Stroller clips that match the Cake collection feature antique brass clips and Cake signature rivets & a monogrammed flannel organizer pouch.
The bag has a built in change pad, 3 organizational pockets for wipe case, diapers and ointments. There are 4 pockets for bottles, 4 organizational pockets and a front patch pocket with magnetic snap and easy “reach and grab” cell phone pocket. All this and a monogrammed dust cover (love it!!).
Many times you will find a diaper bag that is nice looking, but it will sometimes lack in features or storage. No detail has been left out with the ‘Society Satchel’.
It is a splurge $325, but a steal compared to the $545 Burberry wants or $935 Gucci wants…
