Pregnant with her first child, Kate was the guest of honor as the magazine revealed her gorgeous Hot 100 cover.
Kate sparkled in a body-hugging sequined dress that showed off her growing belly.
Last week Kate and Justin revealed they were expecting with a photo of the model showing off her bump in Miami.
During his repost of the announcement Justin gushed about the news and how much he loves his new bride.

The couple were married on November 4, 2017 in a medieval church in Tuscany, Italy, overlooking the Montalcino valley.
The new baby will be the first child for both Kate and Justin.
