A South African man is in trouble after he faked a sick note that said he needed time off work because he was pregnant.
Magistrates in Vereeniging, near Johannesburg, fined Charles Sibindana, 27, £70 for the forgery, reports the Sapa agency.
Sibindana stole a medical certificate from a health center used by his pregnant girlfriend but was unaware only women consulted gynecologists.
Magistrate Bruno Van Eeden jokingly warned Sibindana “not to walk around faking sick letters from gynecologists”
