Congratulations to Ty Burrell and his wife Holly on the successful second adoption of a baby girl!

The new baby joins the couple’s two-year-old daughter Frances.
Her adoption comes at the perfect time. Ty just wrapped production on season 3 of Modern Family last week, which means that he will have some time to spend with his girls!
